At The Infinity Academy, students will receive so much more than an ordinary education. We pride ourselves on creating a unique and exciting environment that embraces all types of learners and promotes growth both academically and personally. Students and families are encouraged to be a part of our dynamic and supportive community. The school model reflects the community, the state, and national trends seen in education; it addresses both the depth of diversity as well as the world students will live and lead in the future. The proposed school model has a focus on high achievement and multiple levels of support that will prioritize accelerated learning, character, confidence, and authenticity. These efforts focus on inclusivity of cultures, beliefs, values, and lived experiences.

The school model will have 4 components. The major component of the school model is ACCELERATION. This embraces the need to ensure grade level mastery and exposure to the subsequent grade level standards to support readiness and success. The Infinity Academy believes in increasing growth and not having to focus on closing gaps. The Infinity Academy also embraces diversity through the implementation of the whole child. In this model, there is a focus on MINDFULNESS strategies will be the start and the end of each child's day. Mindfulness practices foster holistic development, including student social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs, which lead to improvements in academic performance, social skills, self-esteem, and a foundation for lifelong learning. There has been a heavy focus on supporting student learning through auditory and visual avenues. This, however, for some learners is not natural or the most natural approach to learning. Movement or tactile learning are appropriate in meeting literacy needs. These same students that struggle so much to read, write, learn and understand, have so many gifts they don’t see. MULTISENSORY LITERACY engages students in accessing new understanding through the use of their senses, mobility, and the activation of prior knowledge and experiences. This instruction includes (1) music (2) visual teaching methods(3) using tactile methods, and (4) using kinesthetic methods.

​SERVANT LEADERSHIP combats student negative experiences and exposure to crime and violence by leveraging student opportunity to lead and facilitate change. This will engage students in community service which fosters community partners and advocates by supporting local business and nonprofits through student service projects. Community service makes real world connections to foster students' understanding. TIA will academically ground students' service to historical persons and events and GSE to support relevance and rigor. The following instructional methods support each component of the model. They will be given the opportunity to initiate, develop, and grow communal relationships, which will be fostered through our partnerships with small businesses, local government agencies, and organizations that create overlapping relationships with our families. The school leverages these opportunities in its decision-making  to impact community programming and service projects.
